Hi everyone, I try not to post in forums or support communities but I’m struggling to find where to approve webinar registrations in the mobile app. I’m beginning to think this feature isn’t available in the zoom mobile app. Does anyone know for sure whether approving or denying webinar attendees is possible using the Zoom app on an iPhone. I am the account owner for our organization. I have a staff member who is using Eventbrite to create an online event (webinar). She will be using Zoom for the webinar and wants to connect Zoom to the Eventbrite event listing. Eventbrite is not letting her connect her Zoom account to Eventbrite because she is not a Zoom admin on our organizational account. I don't want to give her admin privileges for our organizational account. Is there a way that I can set things up so she can connect her Zoom account with Eventbrite? For example, could I make a new role for her with permissions to download the Eventbrite app or make her a group admin? Thanks for your help!

Hello everyone. Is the Zoom interpretation service now available for all pro-users during the meetings? Earlier we have to pay for a webinar add-on to get this service.
One of the Zoomtopia 2021 sessions (called "Take your Presenter Management to the Next Level with Zoom Webinar") included an introduction to the new "Webinar Production Studio" feature. The description was that it can help producers add polish and professionalism to any event. When will we know more about this feature? Rupert

We are currently running a zoom webinar and for whatever reason it is broadcasting in the 640 resolution - super low quality - you can't even read the slide text. Have I missed something in the setup for the webinar? If we change a setting will this take affect during the live webinar? Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Hi there, I recorded a meeting last week and when I tried to listen today, I realized that there was no sound. The live version of it was perfectly fine, a colleague of mine moderated it (used his laptop to join) and everything worked well. I think it didn't record the sound because I as a host of the event muted myself & my laptop, so no sound was recorded initially. Is there any possibility to recover this? Because the meeting of course was with sound & the participants were able to listen to it. Thank you for your help!
