Hi!

Before I ask my IT department about this, I am wondering if anyone else has this issue? During a Zoom webinar, the screen will go black for a few seconds sometimes repeatedly. Sometimes someone is sharing a screen, but not always. I am using HD 720p. It could be so many things: a video card, a driver, or...is HD too much for my computer (I don't have the specs at hand, they are at work) - is this a possibility - does HD video demand a lot of processor or something?

Resolved! Adding more occurrences to Recurring Webinars after the sequence has started

I've set up a recurring webinar with 5 occurrences initially, then deleted 2 occurrences because 3 dates was fine by me. Now I want to add one more occurrence, but I couldn't edit to add an extra occurrence. Also, the webinar sequence has started and... Show more

I've set up a recurring webinar with 5 occurrences initially, then deleted 2 occurrences because 3 dates was fine by me. Now I want to add one more occurrence, but I couldn't edit to add an extra occurrence. Also, the webinar sequence has started and occurrence 1 is done.

Is it not possible to edit a recurring webinar to add one more occurrence ? (Please keep in mind that the webinar sequence has started in my case)

Using a Zoom Meeting at the same day and Time as Zoom Webinar

Is it possible to schedule a Zoom meeting and a Zoom webinar for the same day and time? Can 2 people login to our Zoom account and one start a webinar and the other start a meeting both scheduled for the same day and time?

Panellist apps not working correctly after forced update

We are experiencing a very odd technical difficulty on the start of webinars over multiple accounts. Our Invited panellists (who are the main presenters in our webinars), who are all experienced Zoom users, click the link to access the webinar, are having a forced update and then are unable to get into the Zoom app on their computers or access the webinar. They can get on on a different device or through the browser using the meeting code, but this causes a very limiting issue with regard to smooth screen sharing. HAs anyone else had similar? First issue experienced on 09/11/2023 and then twice again on 14/11/2023.

I'm trying to add a zoom webinar stream to a new Facebook group, i've done this many times in the past but it's beena while. Everything is set up correctly, but when i go to stream to facebook group, there's only one group showing, which is an old group. 

I installed the zoom app in my new group and the zoom app posts on the group feed and I there's a button named "manage access" but when I click it, it just takes me to the main Facebook group feed here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/feed/#_=_

There is no way to manage the app to allow streaming access. 

I've launched an 8 day bootcamp and it's really important that we fix this today.

Edit a survey title

I was wondering if anyone has had an experience with this.  I need to change the title of the post-event survey. Zoom automatically uses the event name and I need to know if this is customisable.?

I have an issue, my company does Webinars every Thursday and we the poll questions for it; as of Octuber it doesn´t let me put poll questions for certain Webinars I have to overwrite them because it uses the old poll questions I am frustrated because I am changing all the time the poll questions I can´t put them in advance until they are used Can someone send help me please?

Resolved! Webinar Breakout Room enabled at Account Level - cannot activate for user?

Following the instructions while also on hold waiting for an agent.  I have turned on the Breakout Rooms at the account level, but I am unable to enable it at the User level, so she is unable to create the rooms in her webinar.
