Using a Zoom Meeting at the same day and Time as Zoom Webinar

Is it possible to schedule a Zoom meeting and a Zoom webinar for the same day and time? Can 2 people login to our Zoom account and one start a webinar and the other start a meeting both scheduled for the same day and time?

This is possible if both users have their own licenses with one booking the meeting and one booking the webinar (not possible if both the webinar and the meeting are booked and hosted by the same user - you'll be able to book this way, but will be booted from one when attempting to join both from the same user-account, even with a concurrent meetings plus license).
