How do I add custom questions to the webinar registration form?
Hi there,
Is it possible to create a Zoom Event without the attendee needing to fill out their email address and name? We are collecting this in another platform. I've turned off the 'Registration Required' option but this still appears:
Thanks,

I have two Zoom Workplace Pro accounts, recording a whiteboard with the same device, in the same place, with the same lighting, recorded in HD 720, and using the same Wi-Fi for my webinars. I record a screen where I present documents to my students. On one account, it looks perfectly clear, but on the other, the screen that I am recordings. Could you please help me? Thanks!

I work for a charity organisation which hosts monthly webinars. Our attendee audience is usually around the 300 mark. Recently, our admin people changed our Zoom license (I'm not quite sure why). The current state of our organisation's Zoom licenses is as follows: Zoom Workplace Pro 1 available, 9 used Zoom Webinars - 500 attendees 0 available, 1 used There are 3 of us who host webinars in rotation. Am I correct in assuming..... 1. The person to whom the '500 attendees' license is assigned will definitely be able to continue to host webinars? 2. The other two of us will need to purchase additional '500 attendees' licenses? ie. the license is for an individual not for the whole organisation? Many thanks, Simon

I organized a webinar with a co-host, but I was registered as a regular attendee and wanted to post in the chat. However, I was only able to send messages to the "Hosts and presenters" chat. Some of the other attendees posted to the same chat, while others posted to the "Everyone" chat. What could be the reason for this? Did I configure something incorrectly in the settings?

I am trying to add a panelist to a webinar and their email ends in .us. Zoom won't let me add them - it gives me a message that the email is not valid, except it is. The panelist does not want me to send it to their personal email. What can I do to add this panelist with their work email?

This is the latest loser to manually add my email address when I'm not on their mailing list. Is Zoom ever going let people STOP adding email addresses manually??????????? I get at least 1 per week of this b.s.......how can we make it stop? It ALWAYS tracks back to some vendor selling something from India or Pakistan....or a scammer from JVZoo or WarriorPlus affiliate platforms. 1 HOUR TO GO: LIVE TRAINING @11:00 AM EST: How AI Social Agents Automate Social Media & Build a $10K/Month AI-Powered Agency starts in 1 hour

Hi folks,
I'm looking at this article and I still have a couple of questions on Zoom simulive webinars.
1. Can we run multiple at once from the same Zoom account? We have 'normal' webinars running at the same time. Is it possible to have multiple simulive or live webinars at once?
2. Is it possible to run one without any chat support? Or to have a way where we are notified internally if there's a question in the chat (Like in eWebinar)
Thanks,
Cliona

I have a recurring webinar with several source tracking links for different campaigns. For one campaign in particular, the "visitors" number seems very high, especially when compared to the LinkedIn data that shows engagement with our ads that the source tracking link was used for (e.g., Zoom saying 3000 visitors, but LinkedIn showing only 1000 impressions, with even fewer clicks, and we actually didn't generate any registrations at all). We only posted this on LinkedIn, no where else. Is it possible for this visitors number to be inflated on the Zoom end, perhaps for some unknown technical reason? We know we need to revisit our campaign strategy and CTA in general, but I'm specifically wondering how the Zoom visitors are so much higher than what LinkedIn says. Thanks for any input!

My zoom webinar license expired while I had a webinar set up and had sent the link out to all the attendees. After I renewed my license, the Zoom webinar link changed. Luckily, I noticed that they were not the same link and sent out an email to all attendees. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this something that will occur if my license expires?
