As a panelist in a webinar, on the Linux app, I am not able to search the attendees. A search box does appear just like on Windows/MacOS but typing anything in it does not filter the attendees. It is highly crippling to not be able to search. Should not be complex to fix that I hope.

Payment for webinar subscriptions.

The conditions for webinar payments were changed. I should pay monthly for webinars. If I have only one webinar with attendee 3000 how can I change my billing monthly subscriptions from 3000 to 500 attendee e.g. instead of paying 921€/monhtly to pay ... Show more

The conditions for webinar payments were changed.  I should pay monthly for webinars. If I have only one webinar with attendee 3000 how can I change my billing monthly  subscriptions from 3000 to  500 attendee e.g. instead of paying 921€/monhtly to pay only 74€/month after my webinar with 3000 attendee. The  second question is - if I subscribe for monthly webinar and I immediately canceled this subsriptions may I use during one month for webinar with all functions?  Thanks.

Disable the ability for multiple users to join using the same url

Hello,

If User A forwards his webinar unique join link to user B. User A doesn’t connect to the session. How to prevent user B from joining the session using user A identity?

Shut off preview window during screen share

In my webinar, when I do a screen share, in the top-right corner is a small window showing video. Is there a way to NOT show that preview window during a screen share? I've discovered that I can shut off my video to solve this problem but is there a ... Show more

In my webinar, when I do a screen share, in the top-right corner is a small window showing video.  Is there a way to NOT show that preview window during a screen share?  I've discovered that I can shut off my video to solve this problem but is there a setting somewhere that says something like "do not show preview during screen sharing"?

404 error when attempting to watch cloud recording in Zoom Event Hub

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized t... Show more

We published a cloud recording in the Event Hub and the participants can see the recording there, so that works. But when you click on "Play Recording", you get a 404 error stating that "the recording could not be found" and "You are not authorized to look at it at the moment". Does anyone have any idea why this might be the case?

Resolved! [Zoom Events] Practice Session on Meeting V.S. Webinar

I have a multi-session Zoom event for one day. Most of the sessions are webinars, except for two meetings. 

 

By default, all the webinars have practice sessions. However, the two meetings do not have practice sessions. I cannot find a place to turn that on. Is that possible? 

 

In the attached screen shot, you can see "start practice" next to the webinars and "start" next to the two meetings.

Question: I want to see all the details on the people who have registered for my Webinar. 

I have it set so that new registrants have to sign up with their company name and title.

I want to export all this information PRIOR to the meeting so I can see who is there.

Unfortunately when I go to export it only has name and email.

 

Does anyone know where I can find all the details on the registrants?

Join and Leave Times not Populating in Salesforce

I have the Salesfroce and Zoom Webinar integration set up so we can track webinar registrations/attendees within a campaign in SF.  Everything works well except the join and leave times stopped populating for those who attended. 

 

Any recommendations for resolving this? Everything else is tracking as normal.
