Issue with Password Requirement for Zoom Webinar Viewing

Hi can you help with my problem. I have already disabled the requirement for a password to watch the webinar on Zoom, but it still shows up as requiring a password before viewing.

Hi, has anyone encountered but solved the problem below?  

When I download the webinar registration report (CSV report), it does not include all registrants but only partial. It seems that the actual number of registrants and their information is not reflected in the report.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

View on webinar recording - speakers overlapping slides

Resolved! Waiting room before webinar - has this feature changed?

Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started. Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all. What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others... Show more

Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started.  Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all.  What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started.  Has this feature been removed?  I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature.  

Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room!  Thank you!

Resolved! Slide Control Issues

I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings.  Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?

I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839  However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.

Hi all, 


I'll be running a Zoom event for the first time on Wednesday this week. I wanted to ask a really basic question. 

 

If I want to start the session ten minutes earlier than the start time of the event how do I do that? E.g. the event starts at 3pm but I would like to start the event for everyone at 2:50 pm. What do I press? Everytime I go to start it it takes me to a practice session. I assume the practice session goes away once the event actually starts? However that would mean starting at exactly 3pm and I'd like to start earlier to get speakers set up etc. 

 

Any support here would be useful!

Hello. When I don't have a microphone on my computer, WEB Zoom keeps disconnecting with an error message - "your browser is preventing access to the microphone".
When I click on "Join Audio by Computer", then I hear speech for a while until WEB Zoom disconnects the audio with the same err msg.
If I use Zoom.exe, there is no problem with this = I can hear the audio even if I don't have a mic and there is no problem with the disconnect. Could you please fix this problem of the WEB Zoom? Thanks
