I set up a YouTube live stream for overflow for every Zoom I host. When the participant count is at the maximum, what message do participants see to direct them to the live stream? Are they auto-directed? Does the message provide the YT link? I'm working with a client that wants to know how overflow is directed and I can't seem to find a definite answer online. I have just drawn out a Zoom Webinar report but the numbers are confusing and we could not find any info. regarding it across Zoom. Thank you.
QNS:
1) What is the difference between max concurrent views, total user, and unique viewers per webinar?
2) Are audio-dial in users included in the total count of Max users set for the zoom? (example 500.)
3) What happens to people who cannot join the call as the call is maxed out? Are they placed in the zoom lobby?

Hi can you help with my problem. I have already disabled the requirement for a password to watch the webinar on Zoom, but it still shows up as requiring a password before viewing.
Hi, has anyone encountered but solved the problem below? When I download the webinar registration report (CSV report), it does not include all registrants but only partial. It seems that the actual number of registrants and their information is not reflected in the report. Is there any way to fix this problem?

Is it possible to start pre-produced videos at certain times without me being at the PC at the same time? For example if I go on vacation and every day during this time I would like to have a video run automatically in the morning, at noon and in the evening?

Hi - last time we recorded a webinar with screen share and multiple speakers on the recording the speakers covered over the slides so that when i went to send it out afterwards to those not attending it was useless as the speakers covered most of the data. Last year I hosted a webinar and was able to have a waiting room for participants before it started. Now, I don't see where that is in the webinar set up at all. What happens is, as soon as I start the webinar (with my co-host and a panelist), others can automatically join in before it's officially started. Has this feature been removed? I don't want to have a meeting and prefer the webinar feature. Hopefully someone knows what I am missing to activate the waiting room! Thank you!

I'm trying to enable Slide Control for a webinar we're hosting, but it's not showing up as an option in the toolbar even though I've ensured that it's enabled in Settings. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this?
I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839 However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.
