Allow livestreaming of meetings remains locked after Admin unlocked

I need to do a test run of a webinar with zoom and LinkedIn. Our Admin followed the instructions here to allow users to livestream meetings. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059839  However, when I go to my account, it says that "allow livestreaming of meetings" still needs the Admin to unlock it.

Hi @mertischek yes you should. I would go through these two articles very carefully and check everything is set-up correctly. It very much sounds like a settings issue.

Hi @mertischek this sounds like something really frustratingly simple! Are you able to send me some screenshots of 'still needs admin to unlock' error message and page and the 'meeting tab' pages where you've been editing the settings.

I'm getting an error message that 'You do not have permission to upload images.' Please tell me that I don't need our admin to give me that permission.

Hi @mertischek it sounds like you're not set up with the right permissions. I would get the account owner to review the 'User Management' tab and check you're set up under 'Users' and 'Roles'

Are you using Zoom webinars or Zoom Events?

I want to use Zoom webinars. We have a Business account, so should be able to have 300 participants. The Admin page says that I'm a Licensed User. By default shouldn't I be able to have the 300 participants as an option?
