I am curious about the chat notification sound in Zoom meetings. Despite having all notification settings enabled and my profile set as "available" instead of "busy", the issue persists. Why has Zoom not been able to resolve this issue for such an extended period? I have been experiencing this for long.
We have an important meetings that take place frequently with partners located in different countries and meeting time duration is for 3-4 hours. the communication process is via chat, Not receiving chat notifications forces us to constantly stare at the screen, causing strain on the eyes and hindering our ability to focus on other tasks simultaneously. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
