Automatic Scheduler calendar invite for 3rd party

I'm using the Scheduler to book appointments and would like to automatically invite a guest as the host.  Is it possible to set up the scheduler to send an invite to a 3rd party automatically? and how do I set that up?

With the learners success team we are gonna start using zoom meetings to create training for our customers. To streamline the registration process, we're keen on providing our customers with a user-friendly calendar showcasing all upcoming training sessions for the next few months. The ideal scenario would be for customers to simply click on the session of their choice to register.

We're looking for a solution that automates this process, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Do you have any recommendations or insights on how we can seamlessly integrate Zoom meetings with an automated calendar system for our training sessions?

Do you know if you can use the same link for multiple meetings in the scheduler? I've tried it but the system generates a different zoom link for each meeting. Which means I have to exit each meeting and start a new meeting. it would be so helpful to... Show more

Scheduler Privileges "email could not be found"

I am currently trying out the scheduler functionality and one of the things that can be improved for me would be the report of information shared by attendees prior to the start of the meeting, not after it starts.

Anyone has similar issues or concerns on access to the data collected?

Look forward to seeing some improvements on this front as an admin.

I am having two issues I cannot find a way to resolve.

 

1. Can I remove the option in the emails and sms that allows the participate to be able to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE their meeting?

 

2. Is there way to require or encourage the participate to CONFIRM their meeting and I become notified once they do?

I have scheduled a meeting, with a specific title. 

I want to add questions which people answer at registration, and to collect their email addresses. 

The guidance says there should be a tab for registration which shows up at the top of the page after I've scheduled the meeting (and ticked the box which says require registration).
Where has it gone to and how can I access it? 

I'm using a pro account.  Note this is for a meeting, not webinar.

Hi is UX customization of Zoom scheduler email notification available as a feature currently? 

 

Use case: As an associate scheduling meeting with my clients, I would like appt confirmations via email to contain my brand and look and feel, by adding my profile pic, my choice of color of the email body and any additional disclosures / content in the message body

 

If it isn't, is there an anticipated date on the roadmap?
