sheduler Meeting Mail does not display book meeting time

hi everyone. 

i want to know why Zoom sheduler Mail does not diplayed to receive user 

 It occurs in only 1 in 10 people.

Does this have something to do with me being in Korea and them being in another country?

Help me...
