Creating Scheduled Events

is it possible to have two events to start at the same time but once one gets booked it blocks the other one from being booked in?

 

So if i had

Tuesday availability:

Sales Training - 10AM

Service Training - 10AM

 

and someone books the sales training on the Tuesday.. then someone goes to book Service training and see that its not available?
