Setting up a Tap USB Tap

Good afternoon,

I have a pc with a USB Logitech Tap connected.   Its powered and connected to the PC over USB-C .     I see an extended windows desktop on the Tap screen and the touch functionality works great.

I have Zoom workplace installed on the PC, and licenses for Workplace Pro and Zooms Rooms on my zoom account.      I am trying to get additional functionality with the Tap what am I missing?    At the moment it is operating like a pc with two monitors.  I understand the Tap with the correct licenses will give me will offer me a more personalized experience for my meeting room,.

I would welcome some support as I seem to have issues finding anything regarding setting you a USB tap with Zoom.

Daniel

Hi dnapier248

Just to be sure - you are aware, that Tap is not meant for connecting to a "standard" PC? You should have a Zoom Room compute.
You can turn even standard PC to a Zoom Room, but you have to install Zoom Room app:
https://zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomRooms.exe?archType=x64

Logitech TAPs are usually sold as a bundle with Lenovo computes, that are already pre-configured for Zoom Rooms.
