Portrait Mode Display for Zoom Rooms

Hello,

We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all.

Thank you

Portrait layouts are extremely atypical for ZR appliances, but devices like the Neat Frame (and maybe Facebook Portal, but that's going back a few years) do support it.
I would assume this is stipulated at the APK level and probably requires collaboration between Zoom and Logitech prior to successful implemenation.

Start by opening a ticket with Logitech.

As a user with many Rally Bars, I would be happy to jump on your feature request to help gain some traction here (I do not have a need for 9:16 at the moment, but am a fan of maximum options/flexibility when designing spaces) - just paste the details here when you have them.

Referencing the Neat Frame's portrait orientation might be a good way to get some ears to perk up - competition always inspires development in this industry.

I installed this in a room where they wanted the main screen centered on the conference table and a second screen to the left where there wasn't much room. Portrait allowed a much bigger second screen.

The bigger screen is 98" and the smaller one is 65". This is PC based. I forget the details, but one tricky thing at the time was that PC had to think that the smaller screen was on the right side, when it was actually on the left.

My notes say:

"By default, Zoom makes the leftmost screen the "Default" screen. In this room, we want that to be the main screen which is on the right. To fix this, the order of the screens has been reversed, so Zoom thinks the main screen is on the left."

I believe that the Zoom display setup controls may have improved since I installed this room.
