how do i get a direct number

Hi! all can anyone please help i dont understand how to get a direct number, i filled out the form to get the sms running and everything went well, but because i dont have a direct number i cant send or receive them

Did you figure out how to get your directo number and set up sms? We're in the same situation and have been approved but we don't have a direct line, even though we have a business line. Thank you!

I am also looking how to add a direct line.  My Brand and campaign have been approved but cannot start an SMS conversation.  Did you get it solved?
