is it possible for each agent in zoom phone platform to have personal business hours and 3 different geo numbers US/CAN/UK?

@well this is not possible as of the moment. As a workaround, you may set the business hours to 24/7 so users can receive calls any time of the day.

For our multi-time zone call queues, we simply have agents log in and out of the queue rather than try to do it with personal business hours (and enabling personal business hours on the call queue).

yes as long as the user has appropriate license/calling package assigned.

You can assign 10 different DIDs or numbers to an agent. Agents can have their own business hours ( and configured at queue level )
