So a user is having a phone call using the mobile version of Zoom workplace and around 8mins in, they receive a phone call totheir personal number from their Zoom workplace number. When they tried to end that call it ended up hanging up their current call with the other person. Her phone is an Android. Any insight is welcome, as this is my first time encountering this problem

Zoom Phone admin needs to check if there are some sort of call forwarding set up on the user's profile and eventually on the mobile app of the user.
