Initially, when I attempted to open the Workplace app on my Windows PC, I found that I was signed out of my Zoom account. Repeated attempts to sign back in only yielded the message: 'Please try again later.' Error Code: -1.
The Zoom Workplace app on my PC has been installed and functioning properly since 2020. This is the first time it has ever given me any issues.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app multiple times.
I have cleared my Windows Explorer cache multiple times as well
I have even gone so far as to reinstall Windows (Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2, OS build 26100.4351).
Using a browser, I can sign into my Zoom account on both my Windows PC and my Mac. Additionally, on my Mac, I can also sign in to the Zoom Workplace app.
An article online suggested linking my Windows 365 with Zoom. I have tried this, but my 365 account is a Personal account, and the login page the Zoom link takes me to is for a Work or School account. Using a browser, I logged into my 365 account and then attempted to connect (an online article said it would help), but I'm still asked to sign in with a Work or School account.
What should I try next?

First, be sure you have installed Zoom ver 6.5.0
Try signing in to the account and start the meeting from the Mac, then JOIN the meeting (no sign-in required just click the "join a meeting" hyperlink on the home page of the Zoom app) with the PC.
As a last choice:

Hi,
Thank you for your help.
The PC WP app is version 6.5.0, but my Mac has struggled to update beyond version 6.4.12 despite multiple attempts. Both devices are running the latest OS versions: Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2, build 26100.4351, and macOS Sequoia 15.5.
Unfortunately, I now get the same "Error code: -1" when trying to log in to the Workplace app on my Mac.
However, I can log into my Zoom account through a browser on both my Mac and PC. I did this on my Mac and hosted a meeting that I tried to join using the Workplace app on my PC (after deleting the app from my Mac, of course, so I wouldn’t be forced to open the app to host the meeting). My PC's Workplace app failed to join, giving me the "Error code: 100035000" as the reason.
I clicked the link to the last option you provided, but when I selected "Technical Support," the page reloaded with options that did not include submitting a request: Search Knowledge Base, Chatbot, Billing & Payments, Zoom Status, Community, and Learning Center—all of which I have already tried without success.
If you have any more suggestions, I would appreciate hearing them.
Thanks again for your time and effort.
P.S. I took screenshots, but I don't have the option to attach them to this conversation.
