Dear Zoom Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to seek guidance on how to access transcriptions for Zoom Phone call recordings. Specifically, I would like to know:

  1. Where can I locate the transcriptions for Zoom Phone call recordings in the portal?
  2. Are there any specific settings or permissions required to enable and view these transcriptions?

Your assistance in providing step-by-step instructions or relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
You need to enable transcription through the following by navigating to "Phone system management" > "Company Info" > select your site. Within that site's policies, you can set recording transcription....You can then use the API to download text transcriptions or manually copying the transcripts if they are routed via Call Queues and have voicemail transcription enabled.

We have found solutions, below is the steps

 

Account Management ==> Account Setting ==> Zoom Phone==> Automatic Call Recording ==> Advance Settings==> Enabled Allow call recording transcriptions
