Access translated transcript after meeting

We have the automated translated captions add-on and it works pretty well.  Even on the recording, you can choose from a long list of languages for translation of the recording.  Now I'd like to grab transcripts of a few different languages but I only can see the original language (Spanish).  If I watch the recording, I can see the transcript being played in any language along with the recording, but how can I download the transcript in a language other than the original?

Hey @afap

Zoom's built-in cloud recording download feature typically only provides the transcript in the original language (Spanish, in your case) as a separate .vtt file. The translated captions you see during playback are usually a dynamic feature of the viewing experience, not a separate downloadable transcript file.

The best way to get the translated transcript is the Copy/Paste from Full Transcript View method: while watching the recording with the translated captions enabled, click the "View Full Transcript" option to open the side panel. As the video plays, the translated text appears in this panel, allowing you to manually copy it and paste it into a separate document for saving. This is a manual but quick workaround within the Zoom interface.
