Incoming calls answer with "no one is available, please leave a message"

Hi, I am having trouble with getting incoming and outgoing phone calls to work. Incoming calls are automatically responded to by the auto-receptionist stating, "There is no one available to take your call. Please leave a voicemail." I'm not sure if I have set something up incorrectly, but I have scoured over everything and still can't find answers. Any help would be SO SO appreciated.

Just updating, I hope I fixed it. Under business hours, I changed it to 24/7. The most important was changing from "route to voicemail," I selected "route to user" and chose our one main number.

 

I hope this makes sense and helps someone else who was struggling.
