I paid a subscription but my account still shows as basic. I cant make/receive Calls or text

I paid the US and canada Phone  subscription today APR 30,2024 but my account still shows as basic. I cannot make or receive calls and I'm unable to reach technical support over the phone because BASIC (which is the plan my account still shows) does not support it. Does any one knows how to fix this issue?
