I need Full HD enabled on my Pro account as a professional broadcaster.

Im in need to have my account enable for full HD (1080p) as the plan is to use zoom with vMix for our broadcasts. 

Please Zoom staff help with this issue.

I must say Im quite shocked that Im not able to make a simple support request to enable full HD, even with a paid account. (Pro).

Only Zoom Events or Zoom Webinars Plus accounts can enable 1080p video for webinars; for meetings, 1080p is available to Business and Enterprise accounts.
