Hello,
I just forwarded one of my DID still at VoIP.ms directly to my zoom direct line and those calls goes directly to voice mail. The call will appear as "Missed" in the history.
Do you know why?

When calling your zoom direct line during your business hours from your landline or cell phone, does the call go through?
How is your zoom direct line set up in terms of call handling settings during business hours, closed hours and holidays?
