Users are requesting a way to distinguish an incoming internal call (a call from an internal user) vs. a call from an external number. Is there a way to set a different ring tone for a direct call to someone's extension vs. a call to a call queue?

I know that with a Yealink phone you can set those details within the phone via the upload/download contacts but that is also on GoTo. I'm actually here to find the information you're seeking as well.

You can change the ringtone in internal calls from the place in the image.

I need this for Common Area Phones. We are a retail company and need different ringtones for internal calls vs external calls vs parked call return to phone. I can set different ringtones on the Yealink phones but I would have to create an address book entry for every internal number, which isn't realistic. Still no way for it to differentiate the origin of the call coming in.
