problem with screen recording

for several months now, when I watch my recordings it is not in side-by-side mode. However, during the course/zoom meeting, the side-by-side mode has always been activated and I even see that the shared screen on the left and the video of the speaker on the right right... but after the meeting has ended, when I tried to view the recording, I have noticed that the head of the speaker no longer appears at all and all one can see is his shared screen . I have tried everything: pinning the speaker's video , highlighting the speaker's video for every participants.. but nothing works. the recording is set so that it is "shared screen with provider display mode". I would like to point out that I have been using Zoom for several years and that this is the first time that this has happened to me but now this problem has lasted since January/February 2024
