Hello,
My image goes purple when I'm in zoom meetings. This happens randomly. The camera on my pc if fine. I've been told to contact zoom to ask if they can help me, but I don't have access to the chatbox. Has anyone had this issue?

I'm having the same issue - the image of the host (me) goes purple during a recorded Zoom meeting. It happened once before and I realized I had to upgrader my Zoom software/program, but I don't see that I need to upgrade right now. Anyone know how to resolve this "turning purple" issue?

Same for me. The main screen is purple, and the boxes for all other participants are purple

Version: 5.16.6 (24664) (latest). macOS 12.6. Logging in out of zoom account, rejoining meeting, host closing meeting and restarting - none worked

I was able to resolve this by force closing microsoft teams in activity monitor

This happened to me too. As soon as I close MS Team, the screen comes back just fine.

Purple tint appears upon review of video recording. Was not an issue earlier.
