Time Range

I have been told that the Time Range feature in the Zoom Dashboard has changed and you can only view up to 3 months no longer. Who thought of this? It is a really frustrating and useless feature. I can't imagine any user thought this was a great idea. Now we can't see what we schedule in the long term. If Zoom doesn't return this feature to its previous uses I personally would like to move to another platform that is not limiting it's calendar view. Any recommendations? Would Microsoft Teams works?

Heartily agreed - we should have access to all historical data for the life of the account.

One minor correction to your post - Zoom stores up to 15 months of searchable data in the dashboard (by default, they may have back-end flags/tools to extend this if you complain to the right people). When running searches for meetings, you can only select a date range of 1 month. When performing searches for usage data trends, etc., you can search larger ranges.

Still no reason that accounts (especially corporate/enterprise) should not have access to all data (over 15 months) IMO.

Yep, it like here is a feature no one ever asked for or wants. 0 out of 5 stars.
