Activity Icons no longer working after update to Zoom Workplace.

My zoom is integrated with my outlook. I use to get a red calendar icon when I had a meeting on my calendar (even meetings outside of Zoom example Teams).  My software was updated to Zoom Workplace and now I no longer see the 'activity'  icons updated to a red flag when in external meetings. Would anyone know how to fix this. Thanks!

Hello @Marmel1745,

I am not exactly sure what you are referring to, but it seems like presence detection, or presence icons in Outlook.

Is this what you are referring to? If not, could you send me a screenshot of where you would usually see this on Zoom or Outlook so that I can better assist you?

I apologize as I do not see an option for me to attach an image with my response. I am referring to the activity icon within Zoom that is a Green bubble when you are active on the platform. This Icon use to change to a red calendar image when I was in a meeting outside of Zoom. I have zoom integrated with my outlook calendar so it reads when I am in a scheduled meeting.  Since my app was updated to Zoom Workplace I no longer see that red calendar icon when I am in another meeting outside of zoom (I have other meetings which requires me to use MS Teams). The bubble remains Green although I am busy in another meeting. The red calendar icon was a helpful indication for my team and they knew not to call as I am busy in another call. With Zoom Workplace there is a calendar tab that pulls my calendar schedule from outlook. It clearly shows my meeting in that tab so not sure why the red calendar is no longer present when I am in external meetings (MS Teams). Hopefully my explanation is a little clearer now. Thanks for any guidance you can offer!

I am seeing the same issue.

Hello, @Marmel1745 and @JW-WML,

You can try using bi-directional syncing to ensure that the Zoom meetings that you create or update on either Zoom or external calendars (such as Google and Outlook) will automatically sync across all integrated applications.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
