I am using a 2022 13" M2 MacBook Pro, Sonoma 14.1.2 and the Xfinity email app (browser version).   I can accept an invitation from and iOS device (MacBook, iPhone 15 or iPad Air Gen 5) and it appears on my Apple Calendar, but invitation acceptances/declines are not being sent to the meeting organizer.   How do I fix this?   Spoke with Apple Tech Support and they had no resolution.

Zoom noy using correct email for outgoing meeting invites

My zoom account still uses my soon to expire email account to send out my invites. How can I change this to my new outlook email account? I did install the outlook app but now I need to update the actual email account it is sending from.

Hi, we are having some issues with the Zoom integration with 17 Hats. We got this message asking for pre-approval after logging into Zoom, and although we had already submitted the request, we had not received the email confirming its approval. Here's the warning message that we get after clicking log in to Zoom while doing integration.

 

"Unable to install this app because it needs pre-approval by your account admin. Please contact your account admin for more details. "

 

I need assistance on this matter. Thank you.

I do not want to use the Zoom calendar or email integration. How do I get rid of those?

My employer’s connection with Acuity has gone wrong. Zoom isn’t generating links recently which greatly affects her meetings.

 

We’re thinking this may have caused by the renewal of her license. She made me an alternate host in a webinar once and did not renew my license after as I no longer need it.

 

We’re wondering if that might be the reason the connection with Acuity has been upset. Even though we’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Zoom integration, it’s still not working as it should.

 

Meetings are no longer showing in her Zoom account when people book a meeting. Is there anything that we  need to do in this situation? How can I remove myself as an alternative host?

This is a recent development -- When I send invitations to a Zoom meeting via Apple's mail program, no one receives the invite.

 

I set up the meeting, then copy the invitation link. I start the Apple mail program, select recipients, then paste the link into the body of the mail. When I send it, literally no one receives it, although the mail program confirms that it has been sent. I'm not sure if this is a mail problem or a Zoom link issue.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions for resolution?

Inviting participants to my Zoom meeting via iCal calendar

Sending the Zoom meeting via iCal and none of the invited participants (their emails) are receiving the invitation.
