leider ist nach der Zusammenführung von 2x Standard Pro Accounts zu einer Gruppe, auf diesem Account das Standard Pro Abo verschwunden. Es wird nur noch Basic angezeigt. Das Abo müsste noch bis Jan 27, 2023 laufen.

leider ist nach der Zusammenführung von 2x Standard Pro Accounts zu einer Gruppe, auf diesem Account das Standard Pro Abo verschwunden. Es wird nur noch Basic angezeigt. Das Abo müsste noch bis Jan 27, 2023 laufen.
Something happened with my accout last week. Apparently has been taken for somebody else. I received an email from zoom in a foreign language and I ignored it because I thought it was spam. A couple of days later I tried to use my account and could not login. The message I received was there is not account attached to my email address. I have created several tickets in the support system bun never received any answer or feedback about them. I was paying for a Pro account, even sent them my last invoice. This is like speaking to the emptiness... I need some kind of answer. ¿I this the kind of help zoom gives to their costumers? ¿What should I do?

I have been trying to obtain a SOC 2 report for over 2 months and no-one at Zoom has been able to help me. I need this for my compliance team. Anyone have a number for ZOOM compliance?

그리고 줌 홈페이지를 통해서 대기실 사용 설정을 했음에도 불구하고,
실제로 줌 회의를 열면 적용이 되지 않아서 너무 불편합니다.

Hola, Utilizo Zoom para dar clases de música online y cuando mi alumno toca el piano el sonido se cancela. Ya tengo activado "Sonido original" y a pesar de seo, no puedo escuchar como mi alumno toca el piano. Necesito poder escuchar el sonido de su piano. Gracias!

We have added the video chat icon to our page. When we click on the icon we get a "connecting" spinner and a message in the javascript console: "video client init error: Error: The subdomain URL is not connecting. Manage subdomains in Contact Center preferences.". There is also a javascript error in the console likely related to missing data. I have verified my domain(s) through Account Profile. When I go to Contact Center Management -> Preferences I see a section for Verified Subdomains but it explicitly says "No Data". Maybe this is part of the issue?

Как это так? Я сделал отмену пакета заблаговременно, а вы без исключения просто взяли и сняли деньги. Буду очень благодарна, если вы решите этот вопрос о возврате покупки.

How do a find a local number incase my zoom does not work they told me to call a local number and I don't see one for Virginia how do I do that
