Zoom Contact Centre Icon Disappears

Hi I'm running the latest version of Zoom.

 

When I first logged in, the Contact centre button was visable and then I clicked on whiteboard icon. As soon as I did that the contact centre icon disappears and there is no way to get it back. I have logged out and in and even uninstall and reinstall the app without any luck.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? 

Ignore, this seems to be an license issue.

Has anyone ever witnessed this issue before? Unfortunately there is no option to include screenshots, but in the Zoom Workplace, all my other tabs "meetings" "team chat" "phone" etc. are functioning except the "contact center". It seems to be stuck on the loading page, with "loading contact center" and the loading wheel. I've updated all system requirements, and my Mac version seems to be compatible, but no avail.

Previously my org has omni-channel enabled and having Presence Statuses. I'm trying to enable Omni channel Sync in Zoom contact center and map the Contact Center Integration (CCI) Callbar Status field to Salesforce Status field and saving it. It's throwing error as 'Please set Omni-Channel relation'.

How can I resolve that error? 

 

Any help is appreciated.

I just need to understand if Phone Management is required to operate Zoom COntact Center in any way. What i understand is that if you have a global phone assigned to Call Queue/Auto Attendant the system itself manages the routing of call and Phone assignment to individual users are not required in any way. Can someone confirm.

I have a ZVA chatbot connected with a Domain, Flow, Intents, etc. but the intents are not coachable. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I uploaded 20 training phases and they do not show under the 'Coach' tab. Fortunately for me, I'm not able to upload images! As far as I can tell, everything is connected correctly and they should be showing. I can choose the correct Domain and Intent from the drop-down, but nothing populates. If I can't use my training phases, what exactly is the point of them? I've read the docs at least 5 times by now and they don't point in any specific direction as to why this is happening.

However, it shows me an error in the screenshot. Please advise on how to solve this problem. Additionally, I'm encountering another error for the video call. The call is passed to the agent in the application, but upon response, an error is displayed in the screenshot. Here's the relevant code:
