Clips limits

My account limits the clips to five. If I delete one, can I create a new one. The documentation I have read does not directly address this.

Looks like you're using a Zoom Clips Basic license:

This table can be found on the master Zoom Clips KB article here:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057724

But the answer by bstrelko does not answer the question, it just redirects to information on other matters. The question is, whether the basic license allows you to EVER create just 5 clips (which would normally include some 3-4 trial clips, which would leave you with just ONE operational clip). Or, possibly, when after creating 5 clips you delete one, you are left with one clip to go. Please, the cited table does NOT answer this question, and it is a crucial one. If the answer is 5 clips EVER made, then the clips feature is absolutely useless.
