POOR QUALITY WHEN SHARED TO YOU TUBE

Hello everyone, I find that when I upload my zoom video on You Tube the quality gets terribly poor, what may be the problem? This is on both Zoom clips and normal zoom.

Create up to 5 clips

Hello, It says based on your current license I can creat up to 5 clips. Is that 5 clips per month or only 5 clips forever. If I delete them all, can I create 5 more?
