I upgraded my personal account to Pro about two years ago. Then cancelled the subscription because we no longer needed it last year.
Now I want to start a new Zoom Pro account for the charity I volunteer for, but I am locked in circular discussions - the attempts are linked to my personal email address I cannot submit a different credit card and when another member of the team set up a new account upgraded to Zoom PRo and made me a user the terms said that my basic account would be taken in to the new Zoom Pro account but I want to keep it separate while being able to use the new Zoom PRo account. Any ideas?
