We are reaching out for assistance with our Server-to-Server OAuth app activation. Our goal is to migrate from JWT to Server-to-Server OAuth in order to fetch and register users using webinar API on our application. We followed the steps outlined in the documentation found at https://developers.zoom.us/docs/internal-apps/create/ to create our app. We were able to successfully build the app and add a scope for webinar access. However, after assigning the admin access scope to the user and then removing it, we received an "Update to your user role permissions" notification (screenshot attached). Additionally, the app status is now showing as deactivated. Could you please provide us with assistance on how to activate our Server-to-Server OAuth app and ensure that we have the appropriate permissions to access the required scopes?

Hi folks, My university has a very large user base of many thousands of users. We've had at least two different groups who use Marketo (different instances) request to use the Zoom Webinars integration, but we've put them off because: That second one is a big no-no. One idea we've had is isolating these specific webinar user accounts to their own subaccounts and linking the individual Marketo instances there. It seems like users from our main account will still be able to be added as alternative hosts to webinars on the subaccounts. Has anyone attempted this elsewhere? Are there any complications we aren't anticipating? Thanks, Chris

Hi all, I'm following this documentation to create a Zoom App for Zoom Room Digital Signage -> https://developers.zoom.us/docs/zoom-apps/guides/create-za-for-ds/ But, when I create the application the Zoom Rooms option is not showing for me as shown in the image. My account has a Zoom Room Trial License.

Hi! When we're trying to create meeting without registration over server 2 server from api from my account it requires registration anyway and we're not sure how to disable registration this is an example of the REQUEST:
{'topic': 'Test', 'type': 2, 'start_time': datetime.datetime(2023, 5, 22, 9, 0, tzinfo=datetime.timezone.utc), 'duration': 180.0, 'timezone': 'UTC', 'password': '********', 'settings': {'host_video': True, 'participant_video': True, 'join_before_host': True, 'mute_upon_entry': True, 'watermark': False, 'use_pmi': False, 'approval_type': 0, 'registration_type': 2, 'audio': 'voip', 'auto_recording': 'cloud', 'alternative_hosts': None, 'close_registration': False, 'waiting_room': False, 'global_dial_in_countries': [], 'contact_name': '****', 'contact_email': '****', 'registrants_email_notification': False, 'meeting_authentication': False, 'authentication_option': None, 'authentication_domains': None}}
All works fine from another free account. not sure why it happens has anyone some ideas about it?

Hello, I created a postman oauth app for the sake of testing some api end points for an integration i had to build. Everything was working fine until yesterday morning when all of a sudden upon requesting a new token (as it had expired) from postman, when clicking get access token, i got an error (see screenshot) related to sub accounts. in which you can pass you app id and tells you what permissions you are missing. and nothing there everything is fine. as last resort i recreated a new app and tried again and again same error you cannot authorize You cannot authorize app xyz. Honestly, no one is able to tell me what's happening. support is not responsive meanwhile my system is crashing

this was very odd as it had been working up until then but now i was receiving that error. i tried the live chat and no one could really help me. I contact the owner of the account, my ceo to ask him if by any chance he had removed any permissions from my admin profile. he confirmed that all permissions were untouched. so again very odd that my oauth app (postman) that had been working all of a sudden was not authenticating throwing the sub account permission error.
This morning after speaking with someone else i was told to uncheck that from my app scope. i did and tried to get access token from postman again and lo and behold the sub account error that was thrown all day yesterday was gone yet another error popped up in the authentication screen (see screenshot)
now not giving me any clue of what permission is needed. i do have them all. i also checked this url provided from the doc
https://devsupport.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360059617312--You-cannot-authorize-the-app-error
I implore someone to give me some help
thanks

Hi -
We use the LTI Pro app integrated with our LMS. With JWT being deprecated, will our LTI Pro integration be impacted by it?
Thanks
How can I find Zoom user ID for a specific user account in Zoom? How can I pull that account's API Key, Secret Key, and JWT Token? Please help. Thank you.
Is there a way to turn off the ability for users to request an app? We do not want users the ability to access apps period.
Thank you!
We have a zoom to vimeo integration enabled that automatically stores zoom recordings onto vimeo (alongside the default zoom storage). But it only stores speaker view, not other views (gallery, speaker + shared screen, shared screen + gallery). Is there a way to use this integration to enable the storage of all types of views?
