We have a user that is requesting pre-approval for an app integration. These requests can be handled in the My Admin Dashboard of the Marketplace, but I cannot see the dashboard even though I am an admin of the account. I have attached pictures to show what my screen looks like vs what the Zoom support page shows (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032447812-Managing-the-Zoom-App-Marketplace). Is this a feature that needs to be turned on? Is there a level higher than admin that we need access to?

When launching LTI Pro with launch_presentation_locale = ‘fr/CA’, most of the ui is in french except for the top menu bar (tabs still named ‘Home’ and ‘Appointments’) are still in english. Same thing with the ‘Get Training’ link.
All the content on 'Appointments' is also still in english.

We have an existing app that was designed as a chatbot, for in-meeting chat. It works with a /command

Whilst working on it, I'm setting up a new dev app, but the options (for app type) have changed. Using the info I have, I can set up a 'team chat' app, but that doesn't allow the use of the /command within the in-meeting app (which is where it's supposed to be), it only allows it in the team chat window, with those in the meeting don't see.

Do I need to change the type of app, and if so which type will allow me to send /commands from the in-meeting chat?

i'm creating a zoom meeting using following way, whateveer the duration i put in the request body, the duration in response is always 60 , what am i doing wrong here and how can i increase the duration of meeting?

I may have posted this question in the wrong group before. I am using Zoom ver. 5.14.0.0 on Lenovo ThinkPad running Windows 11 Pro Ver. 21H2. I have tried deleting app and re-installing and also have deleted ZOOM and re-installed.

The format of timer app seems to change. I used to have buttons for pausing, resetting etc. Also there was history of time used before and some options (1 min. 3 min. 5 min.). Now display is a digital timer (00:00:00) and a START bar. Possibly this is a known issue being worked on? I wrote support a few days ago but so far no response. This is what I have for display. The timer had been working but now different.

I want to store all recordings on my own cloud storage, so I have to transfer them from zoom cloud to my cloud out of zoom.

I  created JWT and use its secret and token  in my script, but always get this error message:

So, would you please help me  to do this issue ? 

I am looking for an easy aesthetically pleasing Quiz/Poll App directly within Zoom, hopefully without coming out of my normal shared screen.

I am after something that will allow me to get good, easy to read results and be able to show them to participants with overall scores

Any help would be most appreciated because unless I'm doing something wrong, I'm not getting that with the Zoom built in feature... at least not being able to easily read and report back to the group about their scores during the meeting itself.
