Hi. I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare. I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare. Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint. I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone.
Can someone please explain how I can obtain a BAA. This has become rather time consuming. Need help!
Thank you

My issue has been resolved! To enable HIPAA compliance on my account for TeleHealth services, Zoom informed me to :
1. Log in at https://zoom.us/billing 2. Scroll down to the "Interested in other available plans?" section 3. Click Enable next to Business Associate Agreement ( US only) 4. Review the terms of the BAA, then click "I agree" 5. Upon clicking enable and accepting the terms, you will see HIPAA Enabled Compliance on your order review and Billing Portal. After completing these steps, you should be all set, and your account is enabled for HIPAA compliance!
This option appeared for me after I reached out to the Zoom Sales team via the Zoom chat feature. Hope this helps!

@rocknbeans Hello! Apologies if it's taking a while but this is the scope of our Sales team. Aside from calling, you may use the following links to reach them:

Hi! I have this same issue! Where you able to resolve and how??

I have the same issue. In fact, I thought I had already activated my BAA a while ago (even upgraded to a paid account so I could do that), but when I try to find a copy of it, it's nowhere to be found. I've contacted "support" about it at least three times and get nothing more than an auto-response that they've received my query. This is getting old!!

Thank you thank you!! FINALLY! I've never been able to get someone on the chat feature who said anything other than "contact sales."
By the way - for others looking at this - the option that rocknbeans describes as "Interested in other available plans?" was worded a little differently on my site: "Discover our other popular products."
I had to scroll down quite a ways to see it, but it was there, and I was able to enable.activate and save it. I'm so happy for this community!

Thanks so much for the information! Once I found the BAA it was so easy to activate and save a pdf copy of the agreement for easy access if I ever need it. Thanks to rocknbeans too!

Do you have to have a paid account to access a BAA? Ive tried both suggestions listed here and still cant find where to get it.

It’s literally not there for me; I can’t find it anywhere 🥲 Any suggestions - anyone?

Does anybody know whether those of us located in the UK are eligible for the BAA "add on" to the Workplace Pro plan? And if not, does the Healthcare Plan meet the HIPAA requirements for psychotherapy work/meetings?

Hi @Psych13 - to my knowledge, HIPAA and its associated Business Associate Agreement (BAA) are specific to the United States, but, our healthcare and business plans are designed to meet the standards of UK healthcare regulations, such as DTAC. Please see this article: https://www.zoom.com/en/industry/healthcare/resources/nhs-unified-communications/?cms_guid=false&lan...
If you have additional questions, you can reach-out to your Account Manager for more info.

Hi Aileen-many thanks for the above. Apologies-I missed your message! I have spent quite a lot of time on the phone with Zoom Sales in the last week and nobody seems to know what plan I should be on in order to meet the same high standard (like HIPAA) but for the UK.
I don't have an account manager but the person I just spoke with at Zoom said they will email me my account "executive's" email address once they have been assigned.
I had been pointed to this page by the Customer Service team:https://www.zoom.com/en/industry/healthcare/solutions/united-kingdom/?ampDeviceId=63167240-14c3-496f...
I am a one-person practice-I believe the link that you included in your message might be for larger organisations like our NHS (National Health Service). Never in a million years did I think this would be so complicated.
If you happen to find anything more out, could you please let me know, Eileen?
Many thanks and best wishes:).

Hi Aileen-I just typed up a whole long reply but I can't see it! Thank you for your reply and my apologies for my late reply. I have been on the phone with the Sales team *a lot* over the last week and have gotten nowhere.
Some of them do not even know that in the UK the BAA does not apply. I *have* checked the link you posted above (thank you) but I think it might apply to the larger organisations and not small practices (one person practices) like mine. I'm not entirely sure. I do see £14.99/month for small practices at the bottom of the page-I just hope that this would provide me and my clients/patients with the same level of protection as if I was eligible for HIPPA compliance/BAA, etc. From what you said above, it should?
I don't have an account manager but the person I just spoke with said they will email me when an account "executive" is assigned to me-they will provide me with their email address. I never thought this would be so complicated to set up.
If you do happen to find out anything more-please could you let me know?
Many thanks and best wishes:).
I currently have a Workplace Pro plan (monthly) but suspect I might need to replace it with a healthcare plan once somebody can point me to one that is appropriate for my needs.

Aileen-sorry! I can see both my replies got posted.

Aileen-here's a question for you:). I run a small psychotherapy practice-I am the only practitioner, and the Zoom calls would be between me and one other client. I don't hold large meetings. Does the Workplace Pro plan provide the same protection vis a vis the DTAC that you refer to? From what I've read, DTAC only really applies to larger organisations. Correct? I don't know whether I need to meet those or whether the activities I do warrant that.
I won't be sharing data with anyone other than the patient who is on the call with me-I may share a document with them, or use a whiteboard with them. Does this require DTAC?
This is all really confusing for me to understand-I already have a Workplace Pro monthly subscription in place and am therefore wondering if I need to move to a healthcare plan and if so, how? The Sales team seem to only understand the requirements for US healthcare professionals. 🤔

How does this work -- it at all -- for non-US MDs (I am in Israel)?
