unpaid credit note

On March 21, I cancelled my subscription.
A credit note of 62,97€ was issued.
But the refund on my visa never happened.
No answer when I write to email de zoom.us
Can someone from accounting please contact me for the refund?

Hi @giusirecasbl I am not seeing a ticket under your account. I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here.
