Credit Amount

Hello,

My Paypal is being charged annual

zoom fee, then I ask for a refund, because we do not plan to use a zoom account right away. 

I have received a credit note for a refund from Zoom, but the credit amount has not arrived at my Paypal account for over 2 weeks now. Anyone know what is the refund process, any email to write to zoom
