I did not made automatic payment. I bought a new plan from expire date of old plan. But zoom charged me both. so how to stop the old plan?

Hi,
I wanna ask hot to stop automatic billing. I cannot login my zoom account because i cannot verify it from email. The email account cannot be openned cuz for a reason. Zoom account is : ugegyydijejgwuhuoi@niwghx.online.
