Reaching A Representative...

Does anyone else find it very difficult to reach a representative about simple things like "Dropped Calls" and "cancellation of services", such as webinars/license obtaining? If so, what was your work-around? Have you found a customer service person to help you timely? How?

For the 'webinars/license obtaining' piece, you'll probably be able to reach someone in sales at +1 (888)799-9666  in the USA. Always easier to get a person when you're potentially giving them more money 🙂
