I have seen other's that have had this exact scenario but no longer have access to old email but when i go to update it , zoom always wants to send confirmation to old email. Well if I do not have access how am i suppose to confirm. Please help me get this taken care of . I also pay monthly for a zoom account and yet I have no support that is just wrong!

Hey @Mpatton for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
