Switching old email with new email

I recently had my old email account hacked into and I need to update a new email into my Zoom account but cannot because a confirmation code keeps getting sent to the old email.  I put in a ticket for help and the reply said contact the admin/orgination which is myself!  Is there a way to confirm another way or bypass the confirmation process?

 

Can someone please help!
