I have a company account with 20 licenses. I asked my reseller to renew my 20 user Zoom license as usual however they just advised me that they have had a "falling out" with Zoom and said they no longer will be dealing with Zoom.
The issue is, my account is linked to this reseller in Zoom (I don't have the option in my Zoom account to pay by credit card, when I try to buy a license anywhere it says "contact your reseller ***********".
How do I change my account from a reseller to credit card?
I tried contacting Zoom support yesterday but they haven't responded. 😞

In this case, it would be best to contact our billing team directly by submitting a billing ticket . Our billing team will have access to your account and subscription information and can assist from there.
