Closed mails and zoom access problem, undelivered confirmation email

We cannot access our corporate zoom account in any way. Confirmation email is not coming. Moreover, we had our e-mails closed because the company's activities were suspended. We will no longer use our professional zoom account and our registered e-mail address is not active. But our zoom payment continues, I can't access the account to cancel it, I can't contact the authorities. What should I do? If we deactivate the bank account from which we paid, we will not be paying for the next period, but can we not get a refund for this year? Thanks.
