Hi. I set up my Zoom account a few years ago with my personal email address. Then I started using Zoom in a different way and I changed the email address on the account. The email now showing on my account is the correct one - but they still send emails (eg your credit card needs updating) to my old email address and if I set up a meeting they still use the old email address to create the invitation emails. I have tried to contact support but nobody ever got back to me. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

I don't know the ticket number, I'm sorry. It was at least a year ago that I sent in the request and I never got a reply. I've just put up with inconvenience of it until now but it's starting to get beyond frustrating so I posted here in an attempt to get an answer.
