Created new zoom account in error

Hi! I created a new zoom account in error while trying to upgrade, only to realize there was a typo in the email address. As such, i am unable to log into this newly created account, and it is connected to my credit card now and a subscription is being charged, which i need to be cancelled. Can someone from the Zoom team help please?
