I am writing to bring to your attention an error that occurred during the process of upgrading my company's Zoom account. Regrettably, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address.

Due to this oversight, I inadvertently scheduled a meeting using the incorrect account. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access this account as it requires a verification code.

I am reaching out to seek your assistance in rectifying this issue promptly, as my job responsibilities are at stake. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter and ensuring that I can regain access to the account with the correct email address.
