I have logged in using another recovery code.  Why is the authenticator app no longer being accepted ?  Thrice today I have had to log in using recovery codes.  Please advise.

Looking at the questions below.   This is not about any of the items listed for either "Product" or "About".

Today again I have had to use another recovery code.   None of the Select Location items seem relevant.

Please advise.

Thank you Eliot.   I looked at the support article.

Is it worth using the Reset process perhaps ?

I have only a free account.  Is that relevant ?

This morning the Google Authenticator app, which definitely used to work happily with Zoom, again was not accepted.   However, yesterday I set up SMS two-factor as an alternative, and that did work, which is better than having to use a recovery code.
