Where do I find the dates of my subscription? Can I find this on the dashboard of my account?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @S_K1.

 

Your account with Zoom continues until you cancel it.  When you say "subscription", you're talking about the Zoom License that is associated with your account.

 

License information is available in the Billing section and normally only available to account Owners and Admins.  If you're "just one person with one license", you are both the account Owner and Admin.  If you are on an account for a company or other organization, this information is only available to them.

 

If you navigate to this URL on the Zoom Web Portal -- https://zoom.us/billing -- or go to the Admin -> Account Management -> Billing menu under the Current Plans tab, you'll see Service Effective Date and Next Invoice Date information.

 

Hopefully this helps!  If you have specific questions about your account or billing issues, submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.
